Position Overview

Support the technology that powers our projects as CAD Technician in Sydney. You will work with modern systems, solve real problems and grow your IT career with a supportive team. We welcome talented IT professionals from any country, with visa sponsorship available. Annual salary: USD 30,000 – 36,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Support, maintain and improve the technology systems used across our projects.
• Monitor networks, servers or data platforms and respond to issues quickly.
• Set up and support hardware, software and user accounts for site teams.
• Work with users to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Document systems, processes and fixes to share knowledge with the team.
• Help protect our systems by following security policies and best practices.
• Take part in IT projects, upgrades and new technology rollouts.
• Provide friendly support to colleagues from many different backgrounds.

Requirements & Skills

• Relevant qualification in IT, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience in networking, systems administration, support or data analysis.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-friendly attitude and good communication skills.
• Familiarity with common IT tools, systems and security practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Internationally recognised qualifications and practical experience are warmly welcomed, whatever your country of origin.

Education & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Industry certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are highly regarded.
• International qualifications and certifications are recognised.
