Position Overview

Support the commercial success of our projects as Claims & Commercial Analyst in Jeddah. You will manage costs, estimates, programmes and commercial reporting with accuracy and care. We welcome commercial and planning professionals from any country. Annual salary: USD 75,000 – 130,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Support cost planning, estimating, scheduling or commercial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, programmes, forecasts and reports.
• Measure and value work and manage variations and claims.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Analyse costs, schedules and risks to support decisions.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
• Support procurement, payments and contract administration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes.

Requirements & Skills

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related field.
• Experience in estimating, cost control, scheduling or commercial roles.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with estimating, planning and cost software.
• Good communication and stakeholder skills.
• A commercial mindset and commitment to accuracy.
• Internationally recognised qualifications and practical experience are warmly welcomed, whatever your country of origin.

Education & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or equivalent.
• Professional membership (RICS, AIQS) is highly regarded.
