Position Overview

Bring systems to life as Commissioning Manager in Brisbane. You will plan, test and commission plant and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Commissioning professionals from any country are warmly welcomed. Annual salary: USD 90,000 – 150,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Plan and coordinate commissioning and testing activities.
• Develop commissioning plans, test procedures and documentation.
• Test and verify systems and equipment against specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve defects during commissioning.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and operators.
• Manage handover of systems to operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare commissioning reports and records.

Requirements & Skills

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (typically 8–15 years) in commissioning and project delivery.
• Experience in plant or system testing and handover.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow strict testing and safety procedures.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• A safety-first approach to all commissioning work.
• Internationally recognised qualifications and practical experience are warmly welcomed, whatever your country of origin.

Education & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management.
