Position Overview

Support the financial health of our business as Finance Manager in Houston. You will manage accounts, payroll or financial reporting with accuracy and integrity. Finance professionals from any country are warmly welcomed. Annual salary: USD 120,000 – 180,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Manage financial reporting, accounting or payroll processes.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and management reports.
• Process invoices, payments and reconciliations accurately.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements.
• Work with project teams to track costs and financial performance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements in finance.

Requirements & Skills

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (typically 8–15 years) in financial management.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with accounting and payroll software.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Professional certification (CPA/CA) is highly regarded.
• Internationally recognised qualifications and practical experience are warmly welcomed, whatever your country of origin.

Education & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (MBA).
