Position Overview

Join our skilled trades team as Formwork Carpenter in NEOM and help build our next major projects. You will complete quality trade work with a supportive, safety-first crew. Tradespeople from any country are warmly welcomed, with skills recognition support. Annual salary: USD 27,000 – 34,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Carry out trade work to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare materials, tools and work areas before starting each task.
• Work safely at heights, with hand and power tools and around moving plant.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to keep work flowing.
• Inspect your own work and fix any defects before handover.
• Follow all safety rules, permits and toolbox talk instructions.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and well organised.
• Support new and international team members to learn the ropes.

Requirements & Skills

• Trade certificate or proven hands-on experience in your trade.
• Ability to work from drawings, measurements and instructions.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions.
• Basic English communication skills; free language support is available.
• A strong safety record and pride in quality work.
• Willingness to work as part of a multicultural team.
• Internationally recognised qualifications and practical experience are warmly welcomed, whatever your country of origin.

Education & Qualifications

• Trade certificate or equivalent experience in your trade.
• Working at heights, EWP or scaffolding tickets are highly regarded.
• International trade certificates are recognised.
