Position Overview

Work on exciting engineering challenges as Graduate Engineer (Civil) in Melbourne. You will support the delivery of major projects with your technical skills and practical mindset. We welcome engineers from any country, with professional recognition support. Annual salary: USD 31,000 – 37,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Provide engineering support across design, construction and delivery.
• Prepare and review calculations, drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors and site teams.
• Carry out inspections and verify work against specifications.
• Identify risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Prepare reports and present technical information clearly.
• Ensure compliance with local standards and project requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and mentoring of junior staff.

Requirements & Skills

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant engineering experience on projects or in industry.
• Ability to produce and review technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality.
