Position Overview

Provide essential medical care to our workforce as Site Nurse (Emergency Response) in NEOM. You will respond to injuries and emergencies, run health checks and help keep our teams safe and well. We warmly welcome qualified health professionals from any country, with full registration and relocation support. Annual salary: USD 75,000 – 130,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Provide first aid and emergency care to workers following accidents or illness.
• Assess and stabilise patients and arrange transport to hospital when needed.
• Run health checks, fitness assessments and health education sessions.
• Maintain medical records, first aid kits and emergency equipment.
• Work closely with safety teams to prevent injuries and promote wellbeing.
• Respond quickly and calmly to medical emergencies on site.
• Support drug and alcohol testing and health surveillance programs.
• Follow all clinical and company procedures with care and confidentiality.

Requirements & Skills

• Recognised nursing, paramedic or medical qualification.
• Current registration or licence to practise, or eligibility to register in the project location.
• Experience in emergency, occupational or remote-site health care.
• Confidence responding to accidents, trauma and medical emergencies.
• Good communication skills and a caring, professional manner.
• Willingness to work on construction, mining or rig sites.
• Internationally recognised qualifications and practical experience are warmly welcomed, whatever your country of origin.

• A positive attitude and the willingness to work safely within a friendly, multicultural team.

Education & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing, Paramedicine or a related health field.
• Emergency and trauma certifications are highly regarded.
• International qualifications are recognised with registration support.
