Position Overview

Lead a crew as Blasting Supervisor in Dammam and help deliver work safely and on time. You will coordinate your team, manage daily tasks and keep standards high. Supervisors from any country are warmly welcomed. Annual salary: USD 90,000 – 150,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Supervise and coordinate a crew on daily work tasks.
• Plan and allocate work to team members.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to specification.
• Run toolbox talks and pre-start meetings.
• Monitor quality and productivity and report progress.
• Coach and support team members, including new starters.
• Coordinate with other crews, supervisors and managers.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and positive work environment.

Requirements & Skills

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (typically 8–15 years) in blasting and ground engineering.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong safety leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan work and manage daily targets.

• Internationally recognised qualifications and practical experience are warmly welcomed, whatever your country of origin.

Education & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mining or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Professional registration, chartered status or relevant certifications and licences are highly regarded.
• International qualifications are recognised.
