Position Overview

Lead all on-site construction activities as Construction Manager in Riyadh. You will plan and coordinate resources, supervise site teams and ensure every task is completed safely and to specification. Experienced construction leaders from any country are warmly encouraged to apply. Annual salary: USD 120,000 – 180,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Oversee all site construction activities and ensure they run safely and efficiently.
• Plan labour, plant and materials to keep the programme on track.
• Lead site supervisors and subcontractors to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, drawings and specifications.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries and laydown areas.
• Champion safety and environmental compliance across the workforce.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and report progress to the project manager.
• Coach and develop site staff, including new and international team members.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience managing construction activities on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site logistics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills on site.
• Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in construction.
• A strong safety record and understanding of site regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tight programmes.
• Internationally recognised qualifications and practical experience are warmly welcomed, whatever your country of origin.

Education & Qualifications

• Trade qualification or degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Additional site safety qualifications are highly regarded.
• International trade certificates and degrees are recognised.
