Position Overview

Operate heavy plant and machinery as Mobile Plant Operator in New York. You will move earth and materials safely and efficiently on major projects. Experienced operators from any country are warmly welcomed, with ticket recognition support. Annual salary: USD 46,000 – 54,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Operate plant and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and report faults.
• Work to plans, levels and instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain awareness of people, plant and hazards at all times.
• Keep the machine clean and carry out basic maintenance.
• Complete plant logs and inspection records.
• Follow all safety rules and site traffic management plans.
• Support a positive and safe team environment.

Requirements & Skills

• Relevant plant operator ticket or demonstrated experience.
• Proven experience operating the relevant machine type.
• Good spatial awareness and attention to safety.
• Ability to follow plans, levels and instructions.
• Basic English communication skills; free language support is available.
• A strong safety record and a team-first attitude.
• Internationally recognised qualifications and practical experience are warmly welcomed, whatever your country of origin.

Education & Qualifications

• Relevant plant operating tickets or VOC.
• White card or construction induction is highly regarded.
• International tickets are recognised with conversion support.
