Position Overview

Run the day-to-day operations of one of our project sites as Site Manager in Jeddah. You will keep work moving safely, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and make sure quality standards are met every day. We support international applicants with visa sponsorship and relocation. Annual salary: USD 120,000 – 180,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Manage daily site operations, including labour, plant and materials.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct employees to meet programme milestones.
• Ensure the site complies with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Review drawings and specifications and resolve technical issues on site.
• Manage site inductions, toolbox talks and daily reporting.
• Monitor productivity and identify ways to work smarter and safer.
• Liaise with the project manager, engineers and client representatives.
• Create a welcoming site environment for workers from all backgrounds.

Requirements & Skills

• Several years of site management or supervisory experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site safety requirements.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Relevant trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and a focus on teamwork.
• Internationally recognised qualifications and practical experience are warmly welcomed, whatever your country of origin.

Education & Qualifications

• Trade qualification or degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Site safety and first aid qualifications are highly regarded.
• International qualifications are recognised and valued.
