Position Overview

Lead a crew as Site Supervisor in Dammam and help deliver work safely and on time. You will coordinate your team, manage daily tasks and keep standards high. Supervisors from any country are warmly welcomed. Annual salary: USD 45,000 – 70,000 per year (plus overtime and allowances).

Role Description

• Supervise and coordinate a crew on daily work tasks.
• Plan and allocate work to team members.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to specification.
• Run toolbox talks and pre-start meetings.
• Monitor quality and productivity and report progress.
• Coach and support team members, including new starters.
• Coordinate with other crews, supervisors and managers.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and positive work environment.

Requirements & Skills

• Several years of experience in a relevant trade or site role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong safety leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan work and manage daily targets.
• Relevant trade or supervisory qualifications.
• A fair, respectful and inclusive leadership style.
• Internationally recognised qualifications and practical experience are warmly welcomed, whatever your country of origin.

Education & Qualifications

• Trade certificate or supervisory qualification is highly regarded.
• Safety and first aid training is an advantage.
